"Jeremiah" was written in honour of sixteen year old Jeremiah Flip Thomas, who was diagnosed with an agressive and malignant tumour in his chest. Jeremiah, from Waco Texas, lived for 22 weeks and died on August 26 2018.
This song, which was played at his funeral ( Homecoming Service ), describes the phenomenal love, courage and faith that epitomised this young warrior's life.

I wrote this song for Jeremiah's Mother Kendra . She was grieving heavily over the loss of her beloved son Jeremiah. Kendra messaged me from Texas sometime after Jeremiah's death and asked " If we never meet here on earth, do you think we'll know one another in heaven?" This song was my heart's response to Kendra's profound question.
